I believe the mark to be a Schney Iefbmann. Was unsure as piece has an extended tail on the S,it curves back under itself. I believe Liebmann name comes from Eduard Liebmann Porzellanfabrik founder of Schney factory? Still looking for sources to follow up with. Thanks
