I found this beautiful Stein, and I plan on giving it to my dad for Father's Day. He is from Germany and has always had a fondness for Steins and has a small collection. I would like to know something about this Stein so I can tell him about it when I give it to him, like how old it is, where it came from, and what it's worth. I think he will really appreciate it if we know a little about it's history. Here is a brief description and pictures: The Stein is white/cream. It is marked 1L. It is decorated in teal, brown, black, and the picture is outlined in blue. It is of 3 men drinking, sitting around a whiskey barrel. There are two "sayings" on the Stein - "Aus dem Sinn die Sorgen." and "Denke nicht an morgen." I believe the lid is Pewter and has several tiers. It has a 3 ring open hinge. It is also marked 7 76 on the bottom.
