Need Help ID'ing a stein; family heirloom; want to sell

Here we have a simple pewter stein that I have no idea when it was made or the value. The bottom has a stamp, with crossed arrows, the word "REINICKEL" arched above, and the letters "F.W.&J." inside the areas between the arrows. And some other numbers stamped around the whole thing.
