Carol, The bestway to determine what you might get from selling a stein is to check what steins like yours or similar to yours are selling for. Search the completed listings on eBay, or the online stein auction catalogs, or in the case of contemporary steins, use Google to see what retailers are asking for it. A couple of Corona character steins have sold on eBay recently in the $170--200 range, which indicates that there is a market for these steins. Your turtle stein did not sell for $199. A Google search shows that your stein can be bought new from several places. The lowest I saw was $160. Hope this helps.
