Speaking strictly outside my comfort zone, I am not happy with this item, because, 1. The inscriptions on the lid rim appear to have been done at different times by different people of differing expertise. 2. The badge of rank of a Reichsfuehrer appears to be oak leaf clusters, as per: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniforms_and_insignia_of_the_Schutzstaffel and not the double lightning bolts of lower ranks. I suspect this will remain an enigma.
