My two cents worth: From everything I have heard and read over the years, Himmler was a teetotaler. In fact, he frowned upon drinking to excess to the extent that chronic overindulgence was strictly verboten among members of the SS. Thus, it would seem unlikey that he ever owned a beer stein.
