Steinzeugwerke was a cooperative of Walter Müller (for a brief time), Reinhold Merkelbach (primary), Simon Peter Gerz and Reinhold Hanke. They produced a catalog which showed works available from each firm, and shared some molds with each other. Regardless of who originally owned the molds, the firm which produced an item used their own factory marks, leading in some cases to the same model being found with different firm logos. Formed circa 1911, their products were Jugendstil (art nouveau) wares. Many, if not all, of the pieces bearing the mystery mark don't really fall into this category. For all of the above reasons, I don't see a way to attribute this mark to Steinzeugwerke.
