I'm amazed at how much I found in such a short time. P.S.V. is Philadelphia Schuetzen Verein, founded 1846. The porc.inset is their shield, shown on dinner plates but with Philadelphia Rifle Club under the shield. No marks on the pewter. The inset is hand painted. Thanks to you, Walt & oberjager6.
