I'm not sure if this an appropriate place to ask but I would really like some advice with this. I'm curious if anyone has ordered anything from stein-man.de. I placed an order with them over a week ago and have sent numerous requests for confirmation on his side, my credit card did get charged, but I have heard nothing back. I've even tried to contact by phone. This is my first online experience where I have not received a prompt reply. If anyone has ordered from this site, did you receive your item? Is this site not a reputable site? This is a new interest for me so I'm not 100% sure which sites are trustworthy.
