Mr. Piet - Thank you for your response and I understand completely what you're saying. However, the fact remains that I cannot control shipping charges. Of course, I start my bids low hoping they will go up. I've revised my item to show the final weight of 3.6lbs. - most sellers wouldn't even consider doing that - calculated costs are based on people's zip code. They can even choose their own carrier - I don't know how much more fair I can be! And to be accused of deliberately escalating costs when I go out of my way to be honest w/my people, is an insult I simply will not abide! I don't think I took what Ron said the wrong way. I think I received it just as it was meant to be received. Having been nothing but respectful of the experts here on SCI, it is regretful and very hurtful that that courtesy was not returned by one of your most revered members.
