Can anyone give me info on this stein? Particularly what it might be worth (even if that amount is small) and anything else you can tell me about it. It seems to be porcelain (or something like that) and is about 4" tall. The handle looks like it could be pewter, but the lid itself seems to be cheaper metal. We think it was purchased in Germany at some point after WWII, probably in the 1950s. On the bottom it says "Germany," has a little triangle imprint with what looks like a tree in the middle, and there is a green mark sort of like a "P" -- don't know if that is an intentional mark or not. It looks like it is hand-painted. On the front it says "Gruss aus dem Schwarzwald," which I have discovered is a German song title. Please tell me anything you can or ask if you need more details.
