Mustardcheeseburger, Villeroy & Boch steins made at their Mettlach factory are the only ones that are dated by year of manufacture. Most other steins can only be dated to certain eras that the marks were used. Your Gerz stein and punch bowl set state they were made in W Germany. That dates them to 1949-1990. Ron
