Rich's response is on target, probably KPM (Königlische Porzellan Manufaktur, or something close to that in the German spelling, standing for Royal Porcelain Manufacture). If you try to sell on eBay you are unlikely to get full value. On the other hand, if you place it with one of the auction houses mentioned, they will do a fair valuation for you and will handle not only the auction but shipping as well. You may not realize more than you would on eBay, however, due to seller's commission.
