Jennifer, If one in mint condition only draws a bid of $1,009, then your stein would do considerably less. A beer stein auction company would have put a higher value on this one. You might try asking one of the auction companies what they think it would draw in bidding (see Links section). A lot of collectors like only mint condition. While repaired steins are more desireable than damaged, this repair (a pewter lid) would not be considered acceptable. Ron
