Rich, You really need to post photos to ensure getting a complete answer. Since the Gerz mark says 1862 and the pewter is marked DBGM, this indicates it is a modern stein. Being cobalt blue and assuming it is a relief stein, it is probably a common souvenir stein. The mold is no doubt 1807 (does this number also appear on the bottom of the stein?), but I couldn't find a listing in any of the catalogs. The German phrase translates to dance in the Alpine meadow.
