I just received an email from the Hofbrauhaus that says that the stein was made prior to 1920, when the Hobrauhaus was owned by the Kingdom of Bavaria. And yet it has a blue 'Made in Germany' stamp on the bottom, much like those found on post-WWII Hummels. Can anybody help me to determine the date of this stein with certainty? Thanks.
