John,
The firm of Haas & Czjzek may have roots to 1811, but Czechoslovakia was not formed until 1918. It ceased to exist after Germany took over in 1939 and reformed as a communist state after WWII. The mark dates from 1918 to 1927 (I'm assuming "vor" can be translated to "to") according to Keramik-Marken Lexikon:Porzellan und Keramik Report 1885-1935. Marks on German, Bohemian and Austrian Porcellain:1710 to the Present does not list the mark. However, it states the firm was located in Schlaggenwald, Bohemia. The firm began as August Haas (1847-1867 - I'm not sure where the other reference got the 1811 date), becoming Haas & Czjzek in 1867 when Johann Czjzek became a partner. The firm acquired the Chodau factory in 1872.
Do you have a photo of the other mark?
Ron
