I acquired this stein from an old estate, but cannot find the mark anywhere. Stein is marked 2 Liter, and does have some minor crazing. Portrait appears to be hand painted, and on the bottom the mark looks like a Lion with a shield facing a person with a shield and over them in the middle is a crown. Mark is impressed into the pottery. Also, the number 1183 is impressed, and the number 638 is in ink under the glaze.
