Yes, this is a black-handled Marzi & Remy. I have one with the same basic body. The right and left panels are the same as your stein, while the center panel on mine is a relief of old Germans watching maidens bathing. Your center panel is a print under glaze painting. The GT initials should be under the handle just below the banner on the left panel. The bottom of my stein also differs from your stein. Your stein was made for a music box (see the three holes on the inside of the bottom) and the base has spaces for the music to escape. Did they also put a hole in the pewter lid? The lid looks like it might have been flat and may have had some kind of finial on it.
