Eric — What you apparently have is an unreported Mettlach PUG decoration. It is not #624, which has different text. If you can't post a photo, I'd appreciate it if you would send me one (front view) via email to fjl@beerstein.net so that I can list it in the Mettlach Catalog in the Beer Stein Library. Also, your text transcription has several problems, but if you also send a good photo of the text, I'd be happy to provide a translation. - Frank
