I received a .5L barrel style stein for a gift. It has as distinctive coat of arms showing a person with a cape, outstretched arms wearing a cross and top shows a red crown. The words MUNCHEN are large under the design. One side has raised embossed church, the other shows a Chalet. The thumb lift design is seen in The Beer Stein book as 1960. The only underside marking looks like a part of a star or like a chicken's foot, next to it an L and 5 a llittle ways apart. Can't seem to find this in Stein Book. I have pipcs posted on Yahoo if you can view it I will send the site add. Any info on this type of stein? Thanks Chuck Stauffer
