Ron, thank you for your help! Ha ha! The stein is Tom's, really. He posted the link to the pictures on a Yahoo group I'm in (nothing to do with beer steins). It was such a pretty stein that it got me interested. In looking through the Net on any beer stein info I could find, this site came up over and over. I must have looked at 100's of steins, I never realized how many truly beautiful beer steins there are out there!! Tom seemed to feel it was J. W. Remy but from what I had looked at it seemed as though it was actually Marzi & Remy. However, I didn't want to tell him that without first checking with some people who actually know steins.

I thought he might not be Internet savvy enough to do proper searches as this site came up so frequently that I don't know how anyone could have missed it. There is so much great information here and it's such a lovely, easy-to-use site.

But to answer your question, it's Tom's stein! Sorry for the confusion.

Peggy
