Several steins have been noted in the Rosskopf & Gerz catalog that bear the same mold number as Girmscheid. Apparently, Girmscheid acquired the molds from either Rosskopf & Gerz or Eckhardt & Engler, who were claimed as being the buyers of the Rosskopf & Gerz molds. They also were the marketing firm for Rosskopf & Gerz prior to also becoming a manufacturer themselves. GK and KB apparently designed steins for other manufacturers.
