we posted a note on 10/04/03 re a stein we have obtained; but no info forth coming, can anyone help? we think it is an august saeltzer stein, it has a picture of two men drinking with a barrel between them, it has a pewter lid, infact it is almost identical to the one shown in 'prosit' vol 2 no 28 dec 1996, bottom rt picture(we have no method of posting a pic here) i guess this is a long shot but hope someone can help us find out a bit more about this. thanks
