Since you are thinking of selling them, allow me to suggest that you consider putting them out on eBay before accepting any offers from the barracudas on this site. Another writer was recently in a situation similar to yours in which he was being besieged by offers from salivating SCI members, myself included. He offered his for sale on eBay, and the one everyone was lusting after is now up to over $710 with 2 1/2 days to go! It would seem to be a good move on your part, as well as being fair to the rest of us.
BTW - Your Diesinger # 748 is listed in Gary Kirsner's white covered book - the 1990 edition - at $350 to $450. It is not included in the latest (1999) volume, but the two surrounding it, also listed at $350 to $450 in the earlier book, are now up to $750 to $1000. Of course, it all depends on condition, but this should give you some idea of where you stand.
