Egon Bay and Armin Bay are contemporary stein makers. Most people on this site are interested in antique (more than 100 years old) steins. Some of the new manufacturers have their steins made in China. Domex is one such manufacturer that has their steins made overseas and then finished in Germany. Domex bought the Gerz name and logo and has started a new company called Gerz. Domex also has a marketing tie-in with Armin Bay.
