Ever since this seller has been on e-Bay some people seem to be out to get him. First of all check out his feedback. He has nearly 1900 transactions with a 99.8% positive feedback, better than most. He is a European dealer and in Europe they don't generally mention slight flaws, they don't have to. It is definately "buyer beware in Europe. If you have ever shopped there, you would know this. Hairlines and small chips etc, make them "museum quality". What you see on this stein, from top to bottom on the side is more than likely a mold line and not a hairline and the mark near the bottom front appears to be a surface flaw. Just remember that the rules and expectations for European sellers are different than in the US and bid accordingly, ad yes, "Buyer Beware." As to your mail being non-deliverable, I encounter this on a regular basis when sending e-mail to Germany, especially with a couple of ISPs. It is frustrating!
