I bought a stein from this seller. He's located in Austria. The stein I bought was a porcelain one with a cat's head on a barrel, an inlaid lid. The cat's ear had a chip, nothing to bad. I really didn't have trouble with this guy. Maybe you can elaborate on your feeling, because he does have some interesting steins.
