Bill,
I could not find that wappen listed in my references. The lower left quadrant of the shield indicates dueling and shows the date of founding, 19 January 1904. I'm not sure of the meaning of the 7 under the crossed swords. I don't see anything to indicate the college, which might help in doing a search. The upper right quadrant looks like a handshake. Is that correct?
