Ebay item #3252442404 is a nice stein that sold for a low price indeed. The hairline should of course have been described in the condition report. However, mistakes happen, and I guess that the stein did not sell for more because the damage was well visible on the pictures anyway. Our return policy is simple as can be: if a significant damage is not described in the listing, a full refund including shipping cost will be paid to the buyer upon return of the stein. We will be listing a total of 701 steins in less than 5 weeks, and for sure there will be more mistakes than this one. If you have any questions regarding the auction, I will gladly post some answers on this forum. BTW We have received 3100 comments in the past and not one (!) negative comment due to a wrong item description or anything similar. Out of 3100 comments we have received negatives from 4 different users, all retaliations from non paying bidders who in the meantime have with no exception been banned from eBay. I think that this feedback record speaks for itself.
