The mark on the bottom of your stein is that of Marzi & Remy of Höhr-Grenzhausen, Germany. German Military Steins: 1914-1945, by Gary Kirsner, published in 1996, lists that same stein (item #197) for the same unit with a helmet in relief on the lid. The listed price range in mint condition is $650 to $850. The damage on your stein will reduce its value quite a bit.
