John,to me the spelling of Schwein (PIG)has been altered to Schwening due to slang, as you stated.It appeares to me that this Gentleman (pig) has gone to a (Kurort) Health Resort or Spa for a treatment or cure but,does not let his treatment interfere with his eating habits.
