It is Rothenberg ober der Tauber (Rothenberg is above the Tauber river). I presume you have the modern looking crown, like that shown on their web site at http://www.sitzendorf-porzellan.de/index.php?lng=en. This mark has been used since 1954. Sitzendorf is known for their figurines. I believe their steins are all contemporary, post-WWII.
