Typically antique porcelain regimental steins do not have marks on the bottoms. Since your stein does have a mark, that would seem to indicate it is most likely a reproduction. If it is in fact a reproduction, then there's not much anyone can tell you other than the information that you see on the stein is not based on anything factual.
