Very few manufacturers marked their steins with the actual date of manufacture, and since a successful design would be produced over a period of years, we normally have to be satisfied with knowing the approximate date the stein went into production. Your stein probably dates to the period from 1890-1900, although it may actually have been manufactured a few years later than that.
