Took the music box out of the base (book) to see if I could discover any further information. Music box is a Swiss movement by THORSEN (mounted on a piece of plywood). Does this match that of anyone with a similiar musical skull and bones stein? Is it a retrofit? Plywood seems suspicious to me. Would welcome any info. you might have.
