Identification by capacity mark is far more reliable than the font used on the bottom as many steins have no marks on the bottom at all. As to identiying the piece as Steinzeugwerke, HA! Four different factories made steins sold through Steinzeugwerke, so the best you might do is identify which factory was the source, not if it was distributed through Steinzeugwerke. A few of the pieces may have been made exclusively for Steinzeugwerke, but how would you know?
