Yes, although, if you go to a place in Germany north of Bavaria, probably no one would understand "ein Kriagerl". In other parts, the expression "Eine Halbe" [literally: a half] is more common. Kriagerl is a term only used in the south. "Ein Maß" (or, if you want to express yourself like a real Bavarian, "a Moss") is also more Bavarian style.
