While I expected to find some "hobby snobbery" here I also thought from reading the archives that there would also be some here who's expertise might include the budweiset steins and other collectible "non-antique" steins.
While I know that each group makes it's own definitions of terms I found that every english language dictionary I can find states that steins are earthenware mugs, usually holding around one pint, made for drinking beer. (My mug fits ALL of these criteria. Thank you for making a fellow collector in search of a little information feel SOOOO welcome. aking a fellow collector feel so welcome. I won't waste any more of your precious time with such "silly questions".
