Jason you still haven't asked a question so I will assume you want to know who manufactured the piece. A photo would help as your description is too vague. It sounds like it might be majolica from the coloring and your descriptions of the bottom marks. However, the guy who first said "A picture is worth 10,000 words" knew what he was talking about.
