Sorry, I can't help much with the dates of the mark other than to mention that, according to Zühldorff's Keramic-Marken Lexicon, distribution of V&B products with the "WEKARA" mark began sometime after the takeover of the company by Wilhelm Jr. in 1904. Given the form number on your "mug" (i.e., 3482), if it was produced in the Mettlach factory, it was probably a fairly late addition to their catalog and likely wouldn't have predated the 1921 Mettlach fire by more than a few years. However, since I'm unable to find anything with that form number in any available Mettlach reference source, I'd again urge you to post some photos.
