Hi, Evelyn. Your pouring stein was made by the firm of Adolf Diesinger of Höhr, in the Westerwald region of Germany. It dates to the early 1900's. D.R.G.M means "registered pattern" or "patented", and this particular number was issued to Diesinger. I can't identify your specific piece, but in perfect condition it should be worth somewhere in the range of $150-$200 or more.
