The mark is that of Zoeller & Born. They are a recently (1956) formed company in the Westerwald area of Germany. You can visit their website at: http://www.zoeller-born-bierkruege.de/

The website does have an English tranlated area and on the homepage (German only) there is a link to a 32-Liter Stein, in case you're thirsty.
