Just about any photo of Schultz & Dooley are ok. Their distinguishing marks for the originals are as follows:
Schultz: Below the handle and on the bottom will be marked with 59-CSM in blue.
Dooley: Below the handle and on the bottom will be marked with 59-CDM in green. These were given to bar owners as promotion.
They are very destinctive because of these marks.
The next oldest steins are marked Schmetzer Inc. Selected Imports New York in blue. These were sold in various departmtment stores in the Utica, NY area.
