Your stein is relatively new, as indicated by the terms "Handarbeit" (handmade) and Erbo Zinn (a modern form of pewter).
I believe the words on your stein are written in the German Fraktur letters, and you have not transcribed them correctly. Specifically, I believe "Schlolz" is most likely "Schloss" (using the double ess character, and meaning "castle"). I'm not as confident about "Stattlein", but think it refers to the governors residence. "Becftein" should turn out to be the name of a town, and "An der Nehe" would normally mean "on the (river) Nehe", but I think this is not correct also, as I can't find such a river. So take a look at the article in the Library area entitled "What Does This Darned Thing Say" and see if maybe a couple of characters can be straightened out.
