You probably have a better idea of how rare they are (how many actually still exist) than any other visitor to this site, since you were "on site" when they were first offered for sale and then withdrawn. As to value, if they had not been withdrawn from sale and destroyed, they would be of interest almost exclusively to the original purchasers, and would have little appreciation potential. The fact that only small numbers (?) survived will attract a few speculators, but not collectors.
Have you ever seen one resold in the open market? That is the way to determine the value.
