Hi, Darlene. These polychrome relief steins with pewter lids were made by Gerz, as the seller indicates. "Seit 1865" means "since 1865" (or whatever the year is), and "Handgemalt" means handpainted. Both of these terms, as well as the style of pewter and the overall quality of the steins, indicate that they were made fairly recently. These steins were made for the tourist trade, and in all probability they can still be purchased in gift shops in German today, brand new on the shelf, for 10-15 Euros each.
