Hi Darlene, DRGM and DBGM mean just about the same thing but are from different time periods. The terms refer to the fact that the design is registered in the German patent office. DRGM is Deutsches Reichs Gebrauschmuster, used until WW II and DBGM is Deutsches Bundes Gebrauschmuster, used after WW II. I'm not exactly sure these are spelled correctly, but you get the idea.
