The speaker was Jim Tucker of "Antique & Collectible Association" (ACA) and the insurance is administered by a subdivision, "Association Insurance Administrators." The special insurance for collectors sounds much more collector-friendly than dealing with special riders on a homeowner's insurance policy and is much more comprehensive in what events are covered. The cost of coverage is also much less than adding riders to conventional coverage. They are located at www.AntiqueAndCollectible.com and their website has quite a bit of information. I don't know anyone who has needed to submit a claim, so I cannot give a recommendation based on personal knowledge, but they've been around for a few years so their payment record should be researchable through state insurance commissions. They are out of Davidson, NC and the website also gives a toll free phone number.
