The two clear glass steins (pressed) were made by Saxony Glass (SG). We know they are pressed because that is how the trademark was formed. You should also be able to find seamlines, most likely down the center-line of the handle.
The cobalt blue stein was blown (see the pontil mark on the base). Manufacturer is unknown (as is the case with the vast majority of glass steins).
